About Ts Home Kitchen
In 2010, I got a chance to move and settle in the United States. During my first year here, I often thought about my home and my family, especially the times I spent with my mother in the kitchen. She always made the most amazing Karen traditional food. The smell of her cooking always made our home feel warm and full of love. Cooking has always been something I enjoy and care about. It’s not just about making food. It’s about remembering where I come from and sharing that with others. Over time, my love for cooking has grown, and I knew I wanted to do more with it. With help from KOSD, I was able to start a small home kitchen. I now make and sell delicious Southeast Asian meals, mostly Karen and Burmese dishes. My goal is to share my culture through food and make people happy with the meals I prepare.
